Terms of use, licensing and refund policy

By downloading, installing or using the BIMS plugin ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use the Software.
BIMS is a plugin for Autodesk Revit developed and marketed by BIMS, with RUC (tax ID) and contact details available in the contact section of this site.
BIMS grants the user a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the Software under the following conditions:
BIMS offers a free evaluation period of 30 days from the first activation, with no payment details required. When the trial period expires, the Software is deactivated until a plan is purchased.
You may purchase a license for a term of 1, 3, 6 or 12 months through a single, non-recurring payment. The license expires at the end of the purchased term.
Under the subscription model, you are billed automatically on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time without penalty, and the license will remain active until the end of the period already paid for.
All prices include IGV (VAT). BIMS reserves the right to modify prices with a minimum of 30 days' prior notice.
In accordance with the Consumer Protection and Defense Code (Law No. 29571), the user has the right to request a full refund within 7 calendar days following the payment date, provided that:
Software updates are published on this website and are available to all users with an active license at no additional cost.

The Software, its source code, design, documentation and all associated elements are the exclusive property of BIMS and are protected by the intellectual property laws of Peru and international treaties.
Autodesk and Revit are registered trademarks of Autodesk, Inc. BIMS has no official affiliation with Autodesk.
The Software is provided "as is". BIMS does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free. Under no circumstances shall BIMS be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Software.
BIMS's total liability to the user shall not exceed the amount paid for the current license.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Lima, Peru, or resolved through the INDECOPI system if so requested by the user.
